1. About Our Service

Integral Tech OÜ operates an AI model aggregation platform that provides access to multiple third-party AI models and services. We:

• Serve as a unified hub for accessing various Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services
• Route your prompts and requests to third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter, Replicate, and others)
• Do not train, develop, or own the underlying AI models
• Store your chat history and prompts to provide continuity in your interactions
• Provide a user interface and platform for managing your AI interactions

You acknowledge that the AI-generated content is produced by third-party models and that we act solely as an intermediary platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not:

• Create an account using false or misleading information
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Use an account on behalf of any third party without authorization

3. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

Prohibited Content

• Generate, transmit, or store illegal content
• Create content that promotes violence, terrorism, or harm to others
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Generate content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups
• Create sexually explicit content involving minors

Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our express permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Use the Service to compete with us or build similar products
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to our Service without authorization

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including suspending or terminating accounts without notice.

4. Usage Limits and Billing

Subscription Plans

Our Service offers various subscription plans with different usage limits and features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fees according to your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
• Comply with the usage limits of your plan

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment service provider
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Usage Monitoring

We monitor usage to enforce plan limits. If you exceed your usage limits, we may:

• Throttle or temporarily suspend your access
• Require you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan
• Charge overage fees (if applicable to your plan)

5. Intellectual Property

Our Platform

All intellectual property rights in our platform, including but not limited to:

• The website design, interface, and user experience
• Our software, code, and technology
• Our branding, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation and support materials

are owned by Integral Tech OÜ or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our platform.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your prompts and any content you create using our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us:

• A license to store, process, and display your prompts and chat history to provide the Service
• The right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics

We do NOT claim ownership of your content, and we do NOT use your prompts to train AI models.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through our platform is subject to the intellectual property policies of the underlying AI providers. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The originality of AI-generated content
• Whether AI-generated content infringes on third-party rights
• Your right to use, modify, or commercialize AI-generated content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Our Service relies on third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter, Replicate, OpenAI, and others). You acknowledge that:

• These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies that may apply to you
• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or content generated by third-party AI models
• AI model availability, performance, and features are subject to the third-party providers control
• We may add, remove, or modify available AI models at any time without notice
• Service interruptions or issues with third-party providers may affect your access to certain models

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We store your chat history and prompts to provide service continuity
• You can delete your chat history and account at any time through our interface
• Your prompts are transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate responses
• We retain technical service logs (IP addresses, device information) even after account deletion for security and legal compliance
• We do not use your prompts to train AI models

By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Integral Tech OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your content, prompts, or use of AI-generated content
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

10. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will be cancelled (subject to our Refund Policy)
• Your account information and chat history will be permanently deleted
• You will lose access to the Service

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• Continuing to provide the Service creates risk for us or other users

Upon termination by us, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees, except as required by law.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate
• You must immediately cease all use of the Service
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and arbitration)

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@integraltech.ee and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that:

• You may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify
• Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Austin, Texas, or another mutually agreeable location.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND Integral Tech OÜ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Notify you via email or platform notification for material changes
• Provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Integral Tech OÜ regarding the Service.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
